ADVENTUROUS WATERFALL ENGAGEMENT

This adventurous waterfall engagement is probably my favorite non-wedding shoots of all-time. We met Jake and Allison for an evening of fun. We enjoyed some drinks and explored the beautiful area barefoot and in awe of the rare Indiana waterfalls. The sun was out and made for a beautiful golden hour. These two did not waste anytime getting comfortable and vulnerable in front of our camera. Every image shows such tender love and playful personalities. I love when couples are down for getting dirty, sweaty, weird, and most importantly: trusting me! We made magic together, and I could not be more proud of these images. Some of the best sessions involve a lot of goofiness and laughter.

While wading in the river above the waterfall, we had to use a stick to make sure we didn’t slip into one of the many underwater holes. It was a hoot watching Jake and Allison navigate through the water poking around. It was a little chilly by dusk, but they were troopers and got in the water for me anyway!
