STUNNING MOAB ELOPEMENT AT DEAD HORSE POINT
A Moab elopement is always full adventure + sunshine. This fall day was no exception with Eric + Yaite. These two (and their families) came all the way from Florida to elope in Dead Horse Point State Park near Moab, Utah. Here’s the mind-blowing part: none of them had ever been to Moab. I was thrilled when they initially reached out with flexibility, trust in my expertise, and an excited attitude. They started the day in separate parts of their rental home. Yaite had hair + makeup done, sipped coffee, and chatted with her loved ones.
MOAB ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER
After getting dressed and a first look, we headed out for the ceremony. It was a scenic drive with elevation gain + sunny vistas everywhere. A sight to behold, especially for us folks from flat states. Dead Horse State Point State Park is an excellent location for an elopement. The permit process was simple + reasonable. We chose the cliff side spot in the late afternoon. Ruth Lowe led the ceremony as the officiant. Her bubbly personality and expertise in the area and her field makes her the obvious choice for a Moab elopement.
Afterwards the small group gathered for a celebratory drink and family photos. The sunset was incredible and the weather could not have been better.
