MAGICAL OREGON COAST ELOPEMENT AT CANNON BEACH WITH WILD ELK

This elopement at Cannon Beach is equal parts charming + adventurous. It’s an elopement location with small town vibes and expansive views. The Oregon Coast provides mossy forests, spacious beaches, unique rock formations, and clifftop views. You are guaranteed to find diversity in landscapes, which makes exploring during your elopement experience all the more memorable. We met in the upper left USA, where we mingled with wild elk, witnessed a top-tier sunset, and tied the knot at a breathtaking secluded location.

“From the moment we first reached out to Emily, we knew we were in the best hands. She made us feel so comfortable every step of the way—almost like working with a close friend rather than just a photographer. Emily went above and beyond by helping plan so many aspects of our day, taking so much stress off of us so we could actually relax and enjoy it. She truly was so much more than just our photographer.

When it came to our photos, they turned out even dreamier than we could have imagined. We’ve received countless compliments on them from friends and family, only reaffirming what we already knew—that prioritizing photography in our wedding budget was one of the best decisions we made. Emily captured our day so beautifully and authentically, and we’ll treasure these memories forever.“

– Morgan + Nate, eloped on the Oregon Coast

CANNON BEACH OREGON ELOPEMENT

Morgan + Nate chose to casually get ready together at their cozy cabin for their elopement at Cannon Beach. They wrote down their personalized vows, baked a sweet breakfast together, and met outside for a first look. Afterwards, they hiked out to the ocean to make things official on a gorgeous overlook. The whole place was theirs for these intimate moments. That morning they exchanged vows, rings, and enjoyed the views together.

OREGON COAST ELOPEMENT LOCATIONS

Later that day, we hiked out to the beach and found nearly no one there. Nate + Morgan brought a local pizza to enjoy a picnic together for their first married meal. Planning in an “activity” during your elopement is always a great idea. To our surprise, some elk decided to come down from the mountain. They checked us out as we finished up the picnic and headed to the beach. It was an unexpected treat!

The sun began to set and we soaked all the colors + textures in. The light soon faded into blues and the moon shone brightly as we turned on lanterns for some fun dusk images. Seeing Nate + Morgan’s reflections in the moonlit water was pure magic as we strolled down the beach. Bonfires began to dot the horizon line and there was a peaceful stillness as the blues slipped into blacks. We ended the day with full hearts and a bunch of new memories.
