LUXURY CAMPING ELOPEMENT AT THE FIELDS OF MICHIGAN

Fall and a luxury camping elopement? A match made in heaven. I planned this camping elopement inspiration for those nature-loving couples who want to celebrate their special day outdoors.

The Fields of Michigan provided the perfect place for a camping-style elopement. Located near South Haven Michigan, The Fields is located on a 30-acre blueberry farm. Canvas tents dot the edge of the woods for relaxation + fun. Each site has a king bed (try the mattress heater, it’s amazing), a Yeti cooler, and fire ring. There’s even a spa! If you’re looking for a unique wedding venue where all your friends/family can camp out with you, this is it!

When planning this shoot, I wanted the beauty of fall in Michigan to shine, while still infusing nostalgic + unique camp-inspired details. Mini cast iron skillets dot the table alongside cider-inspired drinks. The cinnamon roll wedding cake is a playful nod to camp breakfast and a fun way to mix it up from stale traditional options. Additionally, my good friend Leah of LB Floristry utilized the perfect combination of florals that did not compete with the gorgeous fall foliage.
